FRESNO, Calif. -- Three people are dead after a deadly crash involving two cars occurred on Highway 99 near Le Grand around 7:30 a.m., according to CHP.
The crash involved a Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck and a Ford Explorer SUV. The pickup truck crossed over the median, hitting the Explorer.
The male driver and female passenger of the Silverado were in their 50s and were from Modesto. They died at the scene.
The driver of the Explorer was a man in his mid-20s from Chowchilla. He also died at the scene.
