President Trump has ordered the FBI to conduct an investigation into Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.
In a tweet from White House Secretary Sarah Sanders, President Trump is asking the FBI to conduct a supplemental investigation to "update Judge Kavanaugh's file."

According to the Associated Press, President Trump says that the investigation will be "limited in scope" and last no longer than a week.
