BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Many people call Dick Taylor a lifetime patriot. A Marine that continued his 'active duty' once he returned home to Bakersfield. Taylor enlisted in 1975 and served four years, before he truly found his calling in the world of veteran services. Now retired, Taylor is President of the "Patriots of Kern" and on the board of the Bakersfield National Cemetery. It's a 'Veteran's Voice" that has supported numerous local veterans for more than 40 years.
