Getting a wedding dress can be one of the happiest times of your life, but not for one bride-to-be in Birmingham, Mich.

Nanor Bambokian said she put money down on a dress at Alessandra Bridal and Formal Wear in Birmingham, but got the wrong one.

She said after a lot of back and forth, the shop was able to order her a new one. But, she said, no matter how many times she called or went it, they couldn't tell her when she would get it, only that it would be before her wedding day.

Bambokian's wedding is scheduled for May 22, only nine days away.

When 7 Action News Reporter Jennifer Bisram went to the shop, they told us to talk with its attorney. The attorney told 7 Action News that they did try to make it right.

They guaranteed that if her dress was not here by Monday, Bambokian would get her money back. Minutes later, she had a check for $3,500 she put down as a deposit.

Now, she is on the hunt for a new wedding dress.
