BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — In need of a new fitness routine? Well, why not kick-off your new workout this week at a brand new gym! Orangetheory Fitness is the newest gym to come to Bakersfield, and their grand opening is set for this Friday!
Orange Theory started back in 2010 and focuses on a 1-hour, full-body workout that includes endurance training, strength, and power. The real catch: it uses heart rate-based interval training to burn more calories after your workout.
The fitness studio is located on the corner of Stockdale Highway and Allen Road. The grand opening is set for this Friday at 5 p.m.
