SANTA CLARITA, Calif. — A brush fire has sparked up in the Santa Clarita area leading to evacuations and closure from Six Flags Magic Mountain.
The neighboring Hurricane Harbor was also evacuated and closed for the day.
The so-called Sky Fire erupted near the theme park on Sunday about a year after another fire sparked up near the same area.
The fire has scorched about 30 acres.
Six Flags Magic Mountain posted on Twitter saying that both parks will be closed today and set to reopen Monday at 10:30 a.m.
