BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Condors are struggling down the stretch of the season. On Sunday night, they dropped their fifth straight game to the San Jose Barracuda by a score of 5-2.

Jakob Stukel opened the scoring up in the first but San Jose would strike back with five unanswered goals. The Condors are now 20-24 and in sixth place in the AHL Pacific division. They trail the Ontario Reign by 11 points for the last playoff spot with 18 games remaining.

They'll face San Diego and Colorado at home this weekend on Friday and Saturday.
