BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Condors have gone from playoff-hopeful to bottom-feeder in the AHL's Pacific standings over a three week span.
On Saturday night, they took a step in the right direction, defeating the Stockton Heat 4-3 in a shootout to snap a 10-game losing streak.
Bakersfield got goals from Colby Cave, Joe Gambardella and Jake Kulevich. Kiril Maksimov scored the lone goal in a four-round shootout to polish off the win.
