BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Cal State Bakersfield baseball snapped a two-game skid and defeated the University of San Francisco 8-4 on Saturday night.

Senior Ethan Skuija pitched 6 innings, allowing one earned run and striking out six. He was helped out by his offense with a three-run home run off the bat of junior Damian Henderson. It was his second home run of the season which ties him with his 2019 total.

The 'Runners swept the series on Sunday against USF with a 2-0 win. They improve to 4-3 on the season and will be back at Hardt Field on Saturday, Feb. 29 against Holy Cross.
