BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Cal State Bakersfield women's basketball team didn't want to get caught looking ahead to Las Vegas and the WAC tournament during their final regular season game.

They were able to keep the focus on the court and defeated Grand Canyon University 49 to 41 on Saturday afternoon. With the win, the Roadrunners earned the 6 seed in the WAC tournament and will face No. 3 Grand Canyon on Wednesday.
