BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Cal State Bakersfield wrestling program hosted the second annual Feud on the Field on Sunday against Arizona State.

The #4 ranked Sun Devils made easy work of the Roadrunners, winning the dual match 31-10. It drops CSUB to 6-6 on the season and 2-2 in conference wrestling. Despite the loss, head coach Manny Rivera took positives away from the day.

"It didn't go our way but its pretty cool to get a lot of wrestling people here," he said. "You see the potential of how this can grow and be an exciting event. Anytime we can highlight our wrestling program and put the spotlight on wrestling in the community, its a really good thing."

CSUB will wrestle one more time at home this season. It will be Friday, Feb. 21 against Cal Baptist.
