BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Garces Memorial Rams were crowned as the Division II Girl's Water Polo CIF Central Section Champions on Saturday.
Taking on No. 2 Porterville-Monache, the top-seeded Rams were too much to handle, taking the match 15 to 8 and outscoring the Marauders 8-2 in the second half.
It is the second Valley Title in school history and the first since 2014.
