The Lakers and Clippers have voted to boycott the NBA season.
Most other teams voted to continue.
Sports Center tweeted some clarification on the matter. "The Clippers and Lakers voting on not continuing the season was considered more of a polling, than a final vote, sources @wojespn. Discussions will extend into tomorrow, but it appears unlikely the three playoff games on Thursday will be played, per @wojespn."

Yahoo Senior NBA writer Vincent Goodwill tweeted, "the Board of Governors have a meeting scheduled for 11 AM ET Aug. 27th. So the Clippers and Lakers power move is giving the owners a timeline on a plan."
