Episode four of the 'Runners Recap with Rod Barnes. A weekly segment on 23ABC where Kari Osep sits down with head coach Rod Barnes of the CSUB men's basketball program.

In this episode, Barnes talks about the exhibition loss to 73-70 Long Beach State and the takeaways from the game and things the team will be focused on ahead of the start of the season on November 7th. 

Barnes also updates the status of veteran guard Damiyne Durham since he hasn't played in neither the scrimmage nor exhibition games.

And, he discusses the importance of playing top-tiered teams like No. 20 TCU early on in the year. 

Also, Kari puts coach in the hot seat with five rapid questions at the end during the 'Breakdown with Barnes'.
