Episode three of the 'Runners Recap with Rod Barnes. A weekly segment on 23ABC where Kari Osep sits down with head coach Rod Barnes of the CSUB men's basketball program.

In this episode, Barnes recaps the "dunk-fest" that was the Blue-Gold scrimmage and looks ahead to the exhibition game against Long Beach State, and the importance of playing those kinds of games before getting into the regular season.

He also talks about how some of the new faces on the team are blending with the returners and what the chemistry has looked like for the 'Runners in preseason. And with a new uptempo game, Barnes discusses the weight the bench will play. 

And, Kari puts coach in the hot seat with five rapid questions at the end during the 'Breakdown with Barnes'.
