Episode two of the 'Runners Recap with Rod Barnes. A weekly segment on 23ABC where Kari Osep sits down with head coach Rod Barnes of the CSUB men's basketball program.

In this episode, Barnes talks about the transition to a new offensive game with speed and uptempo, and some of the challenges switching style of play can pose.

He also talks about the players that have stepped into leadership roles this year and who he can expect will help lead the team during this tempo transition. And, how Brent Wrapp, former CSUB guard, is stepping off the floor and into a coaching role this year for the 'Runners after leading them to successful post season runs in 2016 and 2017.
