BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — According to the Kern County Probation Department’s High Risk Offender Unit, officials have seized multiple firearms, ammunition and suspected methamphetamine at a home in Northwest Bakersfield.
On July 11 officers assigned to the Kern County Probation Department's High Risk Offender Unit conducted answered to a call in the area of 14000 Rosedale Hwy.
While at the home, officers found Johnnie Roberts, an active Felony Probation and Thomas Voerg, who is currently on active Post Release Community Supervision.
When officers continued their search they located three rifles of various calibers, one 12 gauge shotgun, 29 rounds of 12 gauge shotgun ammunition, 143 rounds of .22 caliber ammunition, and approximately 15.2 grams of methamphetamine.
Roberts was arrested for a violation of Felony Probation and charged with various firearm and ammunition charges, as well as, drug related charges.
Voerg was arrested for a violation of Post Release Community Supervision and drug related charges.
