Kevin Harvick won the AAA Texas 500 Sunday to automatically qualify for the Championship 4 of the Nascar Playoffs.

It was the North High grad's first win since Sonoma back in June and the first of his career at Texas Motor Speedway. 

Harvick led for 34 laps and made his final pass of Martin Truex Jr. with 10 laps to go.
