The Liberty Patriots went into Thursday night with a 5-0 winning streak in league play but the Centennial Golden Hawks weren't going to make it easy for Liberty to continue their hot stretch in their territory.

The Patriots opened the first set with a 25-18 win but the home team had an answer in the second.

The Golden Hawks found the momentum following a few key blocks and kills and win the second set 25-23.

Liberty would take over the next two sets, winning 25-19 then 25-21. 

The Patriots remain undefeated in the Southwest Yosemite League and the Golden Hawks drop to 1-5 in the league despite hanging in tough on Thursday night at home.
