This week's female athlete of the week is Liberty junior Gillian Galicia. 

Galicia didn't pick up a golf club until the summer of her 8th grade year but this season is off to a blistering pace. She won the Southwest Yosemite League opener with a score of 79 and just this week won a best ball tournament by shooting a 75 with her teammate.
