Despite suffering an ankle injury in the deciding set, Garces' Perri Starkey played through the pain to lead the Rams to a win over last year's D-I valley champs Liberty.

Starkey finished with a game high 19 kills. Garces is currently 4-0 in the competitive Southwest Yosemite League.
