How sunshine makes us healthier

The constantly changing weather can affect how we feel from day to day, but a study from Brigham Young University recently found out the weather feature that influences our mood the most — the sun.

They found the amount of sunshine a person sees during the day has a bigger impact on someone's mood and mental health than the temperature, humidity, precipitation, wind or pollution.

Sunshine has a number of other benefits including stronger bones and healthier skin — as long as the amount of sunshine isn't excessive.
