CalTrans announces weather-related road closures in Kern County

In Kern County, State Route 33 is closed due to flooding, and the Kern Canyon is closed due to a rockslide.

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KERO) — According to CalTrans, State Route 33 in Kern County is closed between State Route 46 and Lerdo Highway due to flooding.

Additionally, CalTrans is notifying the public that the Kern Canyon is currently closed due to a rockslide.
