* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highways include, but are not limited to
Interstate 5, State Routes 99, 41, 43, 46, 58, 59, 140, 152, 165,
168, 180, and 198. Fog will clear in the afternoons and return by
the evening hours.
