After three days in a row at 86°, Bakersfield cooled off to 81° on Thursday.
The cooling trend will be brief though, and we'll back in the mid 80s for Friday, and upper 80s for the weekend.
Next week looks much cooler, though.
In the Valley highs will drop back into the lower 70s, and mountain towns will be as cool as the 50s!
The cooler air arrives alongside a chance for rain, too!
