After a warm start to the work week, Bakersfield has been steadily cooling down.

Monday's high was 86°, we're only expecting a high of 69° on Thursday.

Mountain towns may not even hit 60°!

We'll also see gusty desert winds up to 50 miles per hour as the cooler air moves in.

A few raindrops are possible Wednesday night, too, but no significant rain is expected.
