BAKERSFIELD, Calif - Mainly dry conditions through Sunday morning. However, a storm system will start to make it's way to the region on Sunday afternoon. This will bring cooler temperatures early next week, along with rain and cloud coverage. This will also bring gusty winds, mainly to the desert and mountain communities. We will see snow just north of the Kern County Line in Sequoia National Park.

We will see moderate air quality on Sunday, with an AQI of 61.

Temperatures will drop into the 70's by Tuesday, where we will see a 30% chance of rain. Temperatures will start to rise back into the 80's on Thursday and will remain warm through next weekend.
