Bobby-Scott Perigo appeared in court today for a pre-preliminary hearing.  

During the hearing, a motion was made to amend a complaint and a new pre-preliminary hearing was set for July 20th. 

Perigo was accused of having a sexual relationship with a minor and resigned shortly after the allegations were made. 

He pleaded not guilty during a previous court appearance. 

Perigo was arrested on March 24th.
