UPDATE (November 03, 2017 9:35 a.m.): According to Sabrina Limon's previous attorney, Richard Terry, Sabrina Limon's family hired a new attorney to file a motion for a new trial.

Terry said he felt blinded and hurt by Limon's family for not speaking to him prior to hiring the new attorney.

Terry also said he found out he was being replaced as Limon's attorney when her new attorney, Sharon Beth Marshall faxed the new plea motion to him.

Jonathan Hearn sentencing was postponed until November 17 on Friday in the murder case of Robert Limon. The sentencing was pushed back so Robert Limon's family could attend.

Sabrina Limon's sentencing was postponed to February 16, 2018.

During Friday's session, Sabrina Limon switched her attorney to Sharon Beth Marshall, who is based out of Woodland Hills. Richard Terry was her attorney during her trial.

His sentence is contingent on him testifying against Sabina Limon, whose trial ended earlier in October after weeks of testimony from family, friends, her children, and Hearn himself.

During Sabrina Limon's trial Hearn testified that the two plotted Robert's death in 2014 -- coming up with multiple plots to murder him.

He said that initially the plan was to give banana pudding and laced with arsenic to Robert to kill him. The two backed out of the plan, however, according to Hearn's testimony.

Hearn was arrested for first degree murder and conspiracy to murder on November 18, 2014 in Robert Limon's death.
