Leslie Chance shot her husband, Todd Chance, to death for money according to new details from the prosecution.
Chance was arrested last week, more than three years after Todd Chance was found shot to death in an almond orchard about 11 miles from his home.
Leslie Chance was first arrested after his body was found but was released days later. She has been the only suspect in the case.
She pleaded not guilty Friday to first degree murder and will appear in court again in January.
