SAN JOSE, Calif. — Horror fans stuck at home can now tour one of California's very own "haunted" houses right from the comfort of their own home.
The infamous Winchester Mystery House is now offering a virtual tour of the home.
The tour is just over 40 minutes long and gives watchers an inside look into the home as well as a little history.
While Winchester Mystery House is closed to the public due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, it is offering a specially–priced ticket voucher that can be used at any time in the future with no blackout dates or restrictions, to provide some flexibility for guests upon reopening.
Vouchers are available for $26 ($13 off the box office price) and are valid through May 1, 2021.
Although the Winchester Mystery House has always had a hint of fame, the attraction grew in popularity after the debut of the 2018 film, Winchester.
The film featured Helen Mirren as eccentric firearm heiress Sarah Winchester who believed she was haunted by the souls of people killed by the Winchester repeating rifle.
Winchester is available for rent on Amazon Prime and Youtube for $3.99.
