CSU extends priority application deadline to assist students impacted by COVID-19

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The California State University System announced it is extending its priority application deadline to Dec. 15 to assist students and families impacted by COVID-19.

Students interested in attending any CSU campus can apply at the university's application portal, Cal State Apply.

The California State University is the largest system of four-year higher education in the country, with 23 campuses, 53,000 faculty and staff and 486,000 students. According to the CSU, half of the CSU's students transfer from California community colleges.
