BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Bakersfield College is helping those seeking career assistance right now by hosting a virtual job fair on Wednesday.
BC said it will be holding back-to-back sessions where employers will present job opportunities and the details of the application process to potential candidates. These sessions will take place from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Zoom.
The job fair is open to job-seeking students, their families and members of the public.
BC said the employers participating in Wednesday’s event include a wide range of industries like human resources, construction, healthcare, retail, law enforcement and many more. All are actively hiring for multiple positions, from a few openings to several hundred available.
Pre-registration is encouraged.
