BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — UPDATE: All power has been restored. PG&E reported all power came back on around 3:00 a.m.
PG&E is reporting more than 3,000 homes and businesses are without power near Golden Valley High School.
The cause of the power outage is unknown and word on when power is expected to be restored.
