BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KERO) — The City of Tehachapi is holding its first-ever holiday decorating contest.

This morning 23ABC talked about all the details with the city's public information officer Key Budge.

A list of decorated houses and businesses will be available on Dec. 11 and judging will run from Dec. 14-16. Winners will be announced on Dec. 17.
