(KERO) — A team of passionate residents joining together to get an overlook for what is known as the 'Tehachapi Loop'.

The loop, built in 1876 by the Southern Pacific Railroad, negotiates the climb up the mountains from San Francisco to Los Angeles.

The group is looking for some help to get the project built.
