BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KERO) — A judge's decision in San Diego could impact a lawsuit filed here in Kern County.
Recently 35 local restaurants banded together to file a lawsuit regarding the governor's recent regional stay-at-home order which paused outdoor dining and the impact it's having on local restaurants.
This morning 23ABC Live spoke with two of the restaurant owners, Art Ruiz from La Mina and Cassie Bittle from KC Steakhouse, about the impact this new ruling could have on their lawsuit.
