BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — A local organization Skate for Change Bakersfield is looking to expand your pandemic reading list by giving away free books this weekend.

The group said all the books have been donated from a library in Tulare County and have been repurposed four our community.

It's happening Saturday at Stramler Park. located at 4003 Chester Ave. The giveaway starts at 8 a.m.
