23ABC spoke with local Congressman and House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy regarding COVID-19.

He addressed whether public health should notifying everyone if someone tests positive who works at an essential business.

We also asked the congressman if he has been tested for COVID-19 since the White House put down a rule that everyone that is around the president needs to take the test.

He confirmed he has been tested with one of the new rapid tests and tested negative.
