BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — University Police for California State University of Bakersfield received a special gift Thursday.

According to a social media post, the staff at UPD were gifted homemade masks from an employee of Scruffy to Fluffy Pet Spa.

In the post, UPD said "Your efforts do not go unnoticed and we praise you and your family for your effort!"
