Public health offers system to report non-compliant businesses

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Kern County Public Health Department has created a system for residents to file complaints for businesses not following stay-at-home orders.

Residents can now go to the public health website and click on the Report Non-Compliant Businesses link.

hey can use the “I Want To” feature at the top to report a complaint or click on dots representing various businesses across Kern County to see if there are any complaints filed against them.

No violations have been listed on the site as of now.
