BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The Bakersfield Police Department said it is searching for a man they say was caught on video exposing himself in Mill Creek Park.

According to BPD, the man is described as White with short grey hair, a heavy build, unshaven and with multiple arm tattoos. He was last seen wearing a black shirt and blue jeans.
