The Kern County Sheriff's Office is investigating a shooting in Lamont that put one man in the hospital with moderate injuries Thursday evening.
Deputies responded to 10007 Kenmore Avenue around 7:53 p.m. Thursday. When they arrived, they found a man suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
KCSO reported the victim was uncooperative and was transported to a local hospital.
There is no suspect information at this time. Anyone with information is asked to call KCSO at 861-3110.
