KCSO investigating shooting that left one dead and another injured in Rosamond

ROSAMOND, Calif. — The Kern County Sheriff's Office is investigating a shooting in Rosamond that left one person dead and another injured Wednesday night.

According to KCSO, deputies received a report of a victim of a shooting in the 1100 block of Sequoia Lane in Rosamond. Upon arrival they found a male victim dead inside a residence suffering from obvious trauma.

Deputies also discovered a second adult male suffering moderate injuries. He was treated for his injuries and later released from the hospital.
