BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — A man was shot and killed in East Bakersfield late Thursday night and the Bakersfield Police Department is searching for leads to what happened.
BPD said officers responded to the area of Pacific and Haley streets around 10:52 p.m. When they arrived, they found the victim with multiple gunshot wounds. He was taken to a local hospital where he died from his injuries.
BPD has no suspect information at this time.
