BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — We're almost two weeks into January, and if you have a few fitness goals for the year there's an event for you! The first-ever Bakersfield Fit Fest will bring the health and fitness community together Saturday, January 11th.
Over 60 vendors will be on hand at the festival, and there will be opportunities to shop for fitness clothing and sample healthy foods and snacks.
In addition, the festival will feature a powerlifting competition and live stage demonstrations featuring fitness instructors, dance studios and more.
Tickets are $10 each and kids 12 and under receive free admission.
The Bakersfield Fit Fest will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Kern County Fairgrounds.
