BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — A new coffee shop is planting a windmill right here in Bakersfield.

Officials with Dutch Bros Coffee confirmed a new location is planned to open by the end of the year. The new shop is set to be located at 1517 Columbus Street in Northeast Bakersfield.

The shop is scheduled to be open sometime within the last three months of the year, however, officials said as it gets closer they will have a more accurate opening date.

The store will operate from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays and 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. on weekends.

Those interested in working at the shop can follow on social media for hiring ads. The company said they normally start hiring a month before the new shop opens.
