Josh Conner with JobFest Kern County joined 23ABC Morning Show to offer up some tips on what to write when reaching out to employers.
Conner said making connections with employers online can be helpful, especially with sites like Facebook and LinkedIn. He said while those sites can bring you closer to opportunity, you should be thoughtful when reaching out, just as you would in-person.
