BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Now that fall is here, winter is just around the corner!

Not every family in Kern County has the luxury of browsing for a winter wardrobe, so that's why we've teamed up with local businesses for a clothing drive.

23ABC is teaming up with Valley Republic Bank for the Share the Warmth 'Gift in Kind' clothing drive for families in need.

"Anything that they find would benefit people during this cold climate, so jackets, scarves, hats, blankets, in fact, anything you can give would be appreciated," said Sarah Watkins with Valley Republic.

The drive is going on now through Sept. 30. You can drop off clothing at any of these locations in Bakersfield or Delano:

-5000 California Avenue, Suite 110, Bakersfield
-4300 Coffee Road, Suite A6, Bakersfield
-500 Woollomes Avenue, Suite 101, Delano
-11330 Ming Avenue, Suite 400, Bakersfield
