The Kern Literacy Council and 23ABC's Chief Meteorologist Elaina Rusk will be giving away the remaining books from the Scripps Book Campaign at the Library's Southwest Branch tuesday July 18th at 2 p.m.
The book being given away is "Pete the Cat", which will be given to the kids in the Kern Dance Alliance's "Books in Motion" summer program.
